PNWER continues to serve as a top forum for U.S.-Canada border coordination and collaboration by providing input on preclearance and recommendations for potential pilots in our region. Pre-Arrival Readiness Evaluation (PARE) pilot: PARE is an automated traffic management system for commercial vehicles departing Canada, which will be used to optimize traffic flow on the Peace Bridge during a planned three-year bridge resurfacing project. CBP is working with PBA to exchange information of commercial vehicles to determine if commercial fees have been paid and travel documentation has been properly filed to further the efficient movement of commercial vehicles and cargo.
