Chad Vickers is the Director of Employer Services in Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Immigration and Career Training. He is passionate about helping employers develop, recruit and retain a skilled and diverse workforce.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Regina, and has held a variety of marketing, business development, strategic planning and program management roles in both the private and public sectors over the last 20 years.

Chad is a Board Member of the Institute for Citizen-Centred Service, and Chair of the organization’s Program and Strategic Planning Committee.
