Chuck is a member of the Idaho Senate serving his third term as an Idaho State Senator representing east Meridian and west Boise. He also serves at the Idaho Senate Assistant Majority Leader and is active on Transportation and State Affairs Committees. Chuck attended the College of Idaho where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Pre-Law.
Following graduation, Chuck joined the U.S. Navy where he served for four years on active duty as a Naval Aviator and for eight years on inactive reserve. Chuck and his wife Dianne started The Winder Company, a commercial real estate brokerage in May of 1979. In January of 2012, Chuck joined the local office of Grubb & Ellis, which then became the Boise office of Cushman and Wakefield Commerce. Chuck currently serves as the Director of Cushman and Wakefield.
